Just do it!
By Laws are a walk in the park. Who ever is holding them up is a self motivated
wrongful person.
You write them, you sign them and then by vote you change them. duh.
Gosh there are only about two million samples out there.
Have ICANNS by laws been changed every year of their existence? Have Microsoft's?
Even Constitutions are constantly changed.
Why does our Panel have such gross constipation? You guys are stinking up the
joint real bad.
Can you even decide on a chairperson? golly you are hurting us.
You all smell, sound, look and feel like the failed IDNO or whatever name they
could not decide on!
