I agree with all that you said, except the "misleading advertising" for 
which I take exception.
The site has always said "ICANN members" also when you signed up.   It is 
not something that has been sneaked in later .

I know that there are many members who want to change it to "members" and 
it has been extensively discussed in the Forum. Since it was there at the 
start, only a majority of those who signed up under it can change it.

Just to follow your own principles.:)
