  Thank you for this clarification Richard.  My point is that if we are to
truly be a democratic organization, WG chairs should be elected by
the members or participants of that/those WG's.  I also appreciate
you asking Bruce or other interested parties if they
would be interested in charring this WG-Outreach.  That was very
kind and thoughtful of you to do.  >;)  However I would kindly
suggest that we ask for those interested in this WG-Outreach,
as well as any and all other WG's to identify themselves as interested
in chairing this or those WG's themselves, provide their qualifications
or desires for doing so, and than just hold a very quick WG list
vote by the WG participants.  In this way, we are keeping with our
democratic principals, instead of looking like bumblers or god forbid,
ICANN-Like processes.
