  Your paraphrasing here Stephen.  You left out the rest of this
sentence...  :(  Nice try at spin though...  The rest of that
sentence in my update is as follows: "related to the
 Internet that those noted and self defined stakeholders/users see fit
 to consider effect them directly or indirectly as to policy or standard."
So the COMPLETE sentence reads: "o PROVIDE a mechanism and means for all
Stakeholders/USERS to
 have their voices and vote taken on any and all issues related to the
Internet that those noted and self defined stakeholders/users see fit
to consider effect them directly or indirectly as to policy or standard."

  Well democracy is often complex in that many such initiatives
and issues in an ever changing and evolving world would likely
dictate that many such messages would appear in the Inbox of
those that are wishing to be self aware and self involved.
