Jefsey and all,

  I think you misunderstand Jefsey.  We did have to vote for them, that
is true.  In doing so we also voted for a tight set of tasks that the
"Panel" was supposed to concentrate their efforts on.  This they did
NOT do adequately.  Hence the call for new elections.  Poor performance
should NEVER be rewarded or excepted.  And the "Panel" performed
poorly.  Therefore new elections are being demanded.
