I agree with Joop on this issue, that every nomination should be posted
immediately at the forum or a clearly-publicised webpage so that there is
full visibility.

I also believe each candidate who accepts a nomination should have a link to
a statement they make (or, if Judyth's suggestion is applied, to a set of
questions).

This would all be too unwieldy and retrospective if carried out simply
through the mailing list.
