Walter and all fellow members,

  Yes the not completely quoting off-list comments, on list is an old
and bad trick that is often used for nefarious purposes.  Jefsey,
amongst others use this trick to slur others that may not completely
agree with their point of view on issues or various sorts.

  Thank  you very much Walter for pointing this out in this
instance for all to see.
