Re: [atlarge-discuss] 263 and mailing list rules

The priority is setting up key processes, such as:

How we appoint Committees and their Chairs
How members can introduce motions
Work on Electoral Process to safeguard the next election
How the Polling Booth is going to be used in future
Plans for the structure and development of the Website

And once the Committees are structured and set up...

Actually working on Mission, Objectives, Bylaws, Communication etc etc

We need to decide what we are actually going to *produce* in the coming
months, and then work back from that, and do whatever is needed to achieve
that *product* and be pretty ruthless about that. Otherwise things just get
circular and you get a mish-mash of jumbled agendas and messages.

It's very early days in the life of the new panel, but clearly targets need
to be agreed and defined.

What do the Members want this panel to achieve, and during what time period?
