Tread very carefully anyway.

It is so easy to be sucked into this discredited set up because we like to
feel part of things.

But we should have two messages for ICANN:

1. You are illegitimate

2. The DNS should be administered by the people of the world, for the people
of the world, and the US quango which operates it for DoC, and which expels
the elected representatives of the At Large, is worthy of no acknowledgement
until it restores a central, bottom up, and democratic role for Internet
Users, at the heart of the ICANN Board.

Until such time, all our cosying up to ICANN personalities risks
legitimising an organisation which is discredited, autocratic,
self-perpetuating, and subservient to vested interests.
