Ron and all fellow members,

  I can't speak for Mr. Klein, but perhaps he believes that the
current False Jefsey-election "panel" is as phony as a 3$ bill
which has been pretty much established as even you Ron
have pointed out several times yourself, and he has decided
to neither vote, nor resign in order to show just how
silly and petty the whole idea is?  Than again as Danny
rightly points in different terms, until or unless there is
a viable and safe voting method/system along with
bylaws and articles of incorporation such a phony
"panel's" vote's without the stated broad support
of the members is basically and not creditable.
