Opinion of the Economic and Social Committee on the Communication
from the Commission on Electronic commerce and indirect taxation
(COM(1998) 374 final); adopted at the plenary session of 9-10/09/98,

These documents provide additional information about taxation, value
added tax and customs duties within the European Commission. Although
they may not be directly related to E-Commerce, they will be of
interest to organisations trading to, from or within the European
Community.
