Jeff, Jim,
this is your last warning concerning icann-europe. Your postings
do, in general, not conform with any conception of reasonable online
dialogue, and this list's rules. To quote from the list charter:
>Contributions should be kept polite; please avoid unnecessary
>flammage, and off-topic postings. When joining, please browse the
>list archive in order to get used to the tone and culture, or just
>lurk for some days.
>Please avoid re-iterating old debates and arguments. Try to
>restrict your postings to the absolute minimum needed to communicate
>your positions and opinions in order to keep traffic under control.
>Messages should have concise, expressive subjects. You are
>encouraged to change a thread's title when necessary.
>Long documents and content from external sources should not be
>posted directly to the list. For our own documents, please use the
>public repository under <ftp://fitug.fitug.de/pub/icann-drafts>. If
>you wish to point the list membership to content from external
>sources, please give a URL and a short summary/excerpt.
You are currently responsible for a considerable amount of traffic
on the icann-europe mailing list which is - looking at the
follow-ups generated - being mostly ignored by the rest of the list
membership.
Should you fail to show reasonable behaviour in the future, your
posting rights to icann-europe will be suspended for an initial
4-week period, after which you can re-apply for postig rights by way
of e-mail to <owner-icann-europe@fitug.de>.
