This is why new gTLDs without "bucketing" rules (i.e. restrictions on who
can apply for a name in that gTLD) are useless. Such restrictions are so
damn difficult to define and enforce, but otherwise new gTLDs will simply be
a way to move money from people and businesses to the registries.
