Lutz and all,

  I did see you other post.  And it was mostly FUD.  Yes any fee that
doesn't provide for a tangible or otherwise service, is a TAX disguised
as a Fee...  So I would say that your argument here is a FEE-FUD... >:)
And our US congress also legally disagrees with you...
