I'm following the Joanna's advice to read panel's list (apropos:
congratulations!) and I don't see such negative attitude. 
Richard expressed gratitude to you to help to sort out of the first
problem and I, as a voter, do the same.

My understanding is that the previous panel's main failure was do not
propose bylaws for this organisation. Now this is up to this panel,
please continue to actively propose solutions.

I have just read Vittorio's pretty extreme reaction ... This time I
don't agree with him. Also his constructive work is needed.
