[atlarge-discuss] We need a website... and without a name this is harder, no?

We need a space to collaborate and post various things so I would suggest
that we take some website template and put it up at some IP address. As to
how much trouble this is - I think  the answer is not any significant
amount. We can just address the site as http://<address> for the time being
until we name this critter.
