Unfortunately, I am not in a position "to put Denise to work" on something. 
What she writes is a balance between the ICANN board and what she hears on 
the lists....  and as I said, when I floated this idea it got no traction.

As I just asked, ANYONE ELSE INTERESTED IN PARTIES?

I would be delighted to see some buy-in and then indeed I'm sure Denise at 
least would pay attention.  Getting the board interested is an even greater 
challenge, but yes, let's include it in the draft if there is some visible 
interest.
