I think that Jefsey's proposal is so intuitive that we would be mistaken not
to go along with it. I think his proposal encapsulates the kind of
de-centralised organisation we want, while also giving it a central point of
reference: www.worldatlarge.org
One click from there > to any country's site, and all conveniently addressed
(though obviously, links can extend outside the main address as well). And a
great way of involving many local webmasters and giving website ownership to
the people on the ground.
I strongly back this proposal, and also the use of worldatlarge (though I
realise that debate is not yet concluded)
I think it's intuitive
