Dear Joop,
The WG-DNS intent to implement for each panelist an 
http://his-name.atlarge.org and his-name@atlarge.org address (once Hans got 
atlarge.org from Marc, or using atlarge.ws if he refuses). They will have 
their own ftp access and pages. All what the webmaster will have to do is 
to keep a link active to it and possibly a form to an headline of them.

Another link will go to the forum.

The real issue I have is the membership registration and management. Can 
you please document it and advise about its future management.
