I will be pleased to organize and manage a Caribbean@large outreach
program under your auspicious guidance.
dear Ron,
I suggest that you start with vi@large to settle http://vi.atlarge.org[ws] - relate with the ccTLD, get a few cybercafés informed, a press release and then propose othe Caribbean country@large to associate into a local area@atlarge.

May be could you provide us with some hosting ... during the next vacations?
If you come in Versailles ... :-)

PS. I saw you discussions with Jamie. As usual in our type of mailing lists there are three positions I documented earlier. People interested in structuring as an ICANN constituency. People interested in lobbying ICANN. People innterested in our onwselves and thinking they will overthrow ICANN a day.

The three approaches have merits. Until today the two first one tried to convince the other that they were the priority. Hans has eventually clarified the things in saying that can be run in parallel.

Do not be afraid about Jamie's fears. What we try now has never been really attempted before; except when we started the international network and when Jon Postel started the ccTLDs. It will not be easy and it will certainly lead to some fun and mission creep. The important thing is that we can get 100.000 people on our mailing lists.
