Richard and all,

  I personally believe that this is the single biggest and central
issue/problem
with this fledgling organization and has been from conception.  Until
actually addressed and truly dealt with honestly, this organization
will continue to go around in circles recycling the same arguments
without real resolution.

  This is also the central issue/problem with ICANN as well.

 Good leaders follow, poor ones say follow me...
