Your points below are spot on, Jeff.

As you say, we are truly "bottom up" and the Panel follows through on what
members desire, not what they believe is "Best" for the members.

That is an issue right now. We have some understanding of what the members
desire. They want new elections. They want regular polls. They want no part
in the RALOs.

It is not for the Panel to decide that something else is "Best" for the
members.
