Judyth and all fellow members,

  I suggest strongly that you review the archives of this forum again
Judyth.  The poll that Joop took and Richard followed up on,
indeed showed that the than existing Panel be disbanded and
jointly call for new elections as the members decreed in that poll.
Hence, the Panel was effectively disbanded as ineffective.
