This is good thinking but probably unnecessary based upon my extensive
use
of the
internet in such places as Vietnam, Mexico, Belize, Taiwan and the
deserts
of Arizona.
Hong Kong, Tibet and Korea obviously have no such problems.
Dotcommoners need a voice but not a handout.
