Eric and all fellow members,

  That's the problem with you allot of the time Eric, you don't know
because you don't want to know.  One cannot pick and choose if
good process is to lead to good product.  Part of that good process
is to make yourself self aware.  So not knowing about Judyths oath
is either not honest of you or just plain lack of self awareness.  In
either
case, neither is expectable.
