With the Panel members' permission, I would like to prepare the Forum and the Polling Booth for this process, so that an immediate record is built up of all panel members' voting.
Bonus: All Panel members can then quickly see who's vote is still missing.

As a procedure for replacing panel members who miss 3 consecutive votes I suggest that the remaining Panel members asks the membership for a simple YES/No vote on the replacement of this members with a named successor from the list that was almost elected.

This vote will be part of the regular monthly schedule.
