Afnic is the .fr registry.

First we work applying a charter (written by the users throught concertation
committees, some representing ISPs, other users. Changes are voted in a board).

This charter defines how is delivered a .fr

When we receive demands:
- We check informations
- We update the whois db (not the registrant)
