So if I'm not wrong we should now have three lists:
- icann-debate@lists.ccc.de for discussion related to specific ICANN
issues and decisions (i.e. gTLDs...)
- icann-news@lists.ccc.de for announcements (as a read-only list for
members who are not interested in active discussion)
- icann-europe@fitug.de for discussion related to self-organization of
the At Large membership, creation of an At Large Forum, etc.

This is similar to what we were talking about in August, with the
exception that, rather than a general discussion list on all issues,
there was the idea that it would have been better to have separate
lists on major items (i.e. one for gTLDs, one for UDRP and so on). But
that could maybe happen when traffic increases.

On the other hand, it seems to me that many people here expect to
discuss upon the At Large self-organization and get to a proposal
quite quickly. So, even if you'd like to concentrate on other issues,
wouldn't you like to get a proposal from this list to be at least
informally discussed in November? And wouldn't it be a good idea to
start moving towards an "At Large constituency", maybe by meeting
other At Large directors in LA?
