    I do share your enthusiasm, but you did not reply to my earlier message,
in which I asked if you have discussed with Marc his willingness to donate
the atlarge.org domain.  It is not unreasonable for Marc to want to make
sure that we are going to put the domain to good use, but I think we are
there now.   I will be happy to manage the sub-domain www.carib.atlarge.org
and associated mailboxes.  I am ready to start as soon as I return from
Shanghai.

    First, however, I think it is pretty presumptuous of us to assume that
Marc is prepared to donate this domain until he offers it.
