Dave and all,

  I disagree Dave.  As  you know the DNSO /GNSO Secretariat
is and adamant supporter of ICANN presently.  As you also know
and is well documented, the DNSO Voting system is and has been
a mess from the beginning.  Hence it's use even in our last election
for Panel members is a scenario for yet another political
disaster, not to mention void of good integrity.
