I remain convinced that we can identify three members who (collectively) we
could trust, and given the early stage of our development, we could just get
voters to "Reply to All" and get the election results delivered to those
three trusted members. If one of the members decided to fiddle the results
(hugely unlikely in my opinion) then the other two would be able to
contradict them. Get the cc. sent to five members if you like! I can think
of all kinds of people like Ron Sherwood or Judyth Mermelstein who would die
rather than corrupt a democratic vote. Add Vivek. Add Walt. Between all our
members we can certainly find some trustworthy people. Only people who
certainly couldn't be used would be those who were standing for election
themselves.

Anyway, I don't mind which method we use. I prefer to keep it "in house".

What sucks is our inertia over the past so many months. Let's just do it!
